Privacy Policy

In short: Gramoza has no account, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Your food diary, photos and training log are stored only on your iPhone. We never receive them, so we cannot sell or share them.

Who we are

Gramoza is provided by the developer of Gramoza (“we”). For any privacy question, email kout@me.com.

What stays on your device

Your protein diary: foods, portions, meals, dates, daily targets and saved meals.
Meal and label photos you attach. Before they are saved, the app shrinks each photo and re-encodes it, which removes its original metadata such as location.
Your training data: the name you give, answers from gym setup, routines, workouts, sets, personal records, body weight and settings.
Backups you export yourself, which go wherever you choose to save them.

This data lives in the app’s private storage on your iPhone. iOS may include it in your normal iCloud or computer backup, which Apple and you control. We cannot see any of it. Deleting the app deletes it, except backups you exported or kept yourself.

What is processed on your device

Food photo suggestions, nutrition-label reading and barcode detection use Apple’s on-device Vision framework. Photos are not uploaded to us or to any AI service.

What we collect

Nothing. Gramoza contains no analytics, advertising or tracking code, and it has no account or sign-in. We do not use the advertising identifier.

Services the app talks to

Open Food Facts (open food product database). When you scan or type a barcode, the app sends only that product number to world.openfoodfacts.org to fetch the product’s name and protein. The request carries no identifier for you; like any website, Open Food Facts receives your IP address to answer it. Their privacy policy applies to that request.
Apple. Subscriptions are bought, renewed, cancelled and restored through your Apple Account. We never receive your payment details. The app checks your subscription status with Apple’s StoreKit on your device.
Links to nutrition sources and Open Food Facts product pages open in your browser only when you tap them.

Health information

What you log about food, body weight and training is health-related, which is exactly why it never leaves your device through us. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it or share it with anyone.

Your choices and rights

See, edit or delete any entry in the app at any time.
Export a full backup from the app’s settings, and restore it on another iPhone.
Delete everything by deleting the app.

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on our side. If you email us, we use your message only to reply and delete it within 12 months.

Children

Gramoza is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date above. If a future version ever sends any new kind of data off your device, we will say so here and in the app before it happens.
