Terms of Use
Gramoza for iPhone · Last updated: 29 September 2026
Gramoza is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with the terms below. By using the app you agree to both.
Gramoza Pro subscription
- Gramoza Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. The plans, prices and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends if you started one.
- The subscription renews automatically at the same price and length unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
- If you buy a subscription during a free trial, any unused part of the trial ends when the purchase is made.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Not medical advice
- Gramoza is a diary and training log. It is not a medical device, and nothing in it is medical, nutritional or training advice.
- The starting protein target is an editable placeholder, not a personal recommendation. Talk to a doctor or registered dietitian before changing your diet, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or have kidney disease.
- Strength training carries a risk of injury. Generated training plans are generic starting templates; they do not know your health, injuries or recovery. Use good form, warm up, and stop if something hurts.
Estimates and third-party data
- Food photo suggestions, label reading and portion values are estimates and can be wrong. Always check the amount against your food’s label before saving it.
- Barcode product data comes from Open Food Facts, a community database made available under the Open Database License. It can be incomplete or incorrect.
- Estimated one-rep maxes use the Epley formula and are estimates, not tested lifts.
Your data
Your diary and training log are stored on your device and belong to you. You are responsible for exporting backups if you want to keep them when you change or reset your phone. See the Privacy Policy.
Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or injury that results from relying on estimates, plans or data in the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions: kout@me.com.
