Open the Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → Gramoza, then Cancel Subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. You can also open this screen from the app: Profile → Gramoza Pro → Manage subscription.

In the app, open the Pro screen and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with. If a family organiser has to approve purchases, Pro unlocks once they approve.

Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Only on your iPhone. There is no account, so we cannot see or recover your diary or workouts. See the Privacy Policy.

An iCloud or computer backup of your iPhone includes Gramoza’s data. You can also export backups from the app: diary backups from Settings, and training backups from Training settings. Save them to Files, then restore them on the new phone.

Delete individual entries in the app, or delete the app to remove everything. We hold nothing about you on our side.

Food photo suggestions run on your iPhone and know a limited set of foods. When there’s no confident match, search for the food or enter it manually. You always confirm the portion before anything is saved.

Labels often have per-serving and per-100 g columns. Pick the right candidate, check it against the label, and correct it before saving.

Barcode data comes from the community database Open Food Facts, which doesn’t have every product. Scan the nutrition label instead, or enter the food manually.

A running workout is saved after every change. Open the app again and it resumes where you left off.

Yes, in Training settings. Switching units never changes what you logged.
